Hello to All
Happy Birthday to me! :) Man, I really hate all the attention I've been getting today. I know my face has turned red at least 8 times. It’s been a great day though. The sister's made breakfast for me early this morning. They made the fire alarm go off and everything. :) Bless them. We had interviews with the President and he found out about my birthday so the entire district sang to me. We then went to lunch with all the Elders. Oh my life is just the best!
Thank you for the package family. I actually haven't opened it yet, but I will tonight. My companion held it hostage until today and so far there hasn't been any time. But I'll open it and love it. Thank you.
-Hermana Birch and I are reading the Book of Mormon together. We are going to finish before transfers come again.
-I burned my foot and I can feel my heartbeat in it almost always now.
Its kind of been a hard week. Brittany never showed up last week and we really have no one to teach. Seriously, we have 0 investigators. We really have a hard mission. But that is no excuse. Its hard but worth it. We move on anyway. We are trying really hard to find people to teach. It’s honestly been a bit discouraging. We are almost done with our area book and it's looking like the only option we have left is.....tracting. My favorite!
-The Missouri Independence Mission has the most missionaries in the entire U.S. and Canada...and maybe the world- 240 of us. This area is preparing for the future things that are coming. The mission is expecting the work to really start moving once the temple is done. It’s so cool that I get to be a part of this historic time. I'm so lucky.
-I love my sweet little companion. She is just the best thing ever.
